These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SAVA P website at www.sava-p.com and any related pages operated by SAVA P Pty Ltd (ABN 67 686 126 858) (SAVA P, we, us or our) (the Website). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1 About the Website and these terms
1.1The Website is an information and marketing site about SAVA P and its investor relations, data room and deal-sharing technology. Access to the SAVA P platform itself is by invitation only and is a separate service.
1.2Use of the SAVA P platform is governed by Part A of this suite, not by these Website Terms of Use. If there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms of Use and the terms governing the platform in relation to the platform, the platform terms prevail.
1.3We may update these Website Terms of Use at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated version.
2 Using the Website
2.1You may use the Website for lawful purposes and to find out about SAVA P and its technology. You must not, and must not attempt to:
(a)use the Website in breach of any law or in a way that infringes the rights of any person;
(b)interfere with, or gain unauthorised access to, any part of the Website, its systems or its security;

3 Waitlist and enquiries
3.1The Website lets you register your interest through the waitlist or contact form. When you submit your details you must give accurate and complete information and must only submit information you are authorised to provide.
3.2Registering your interest does not create any contract and does not guarantee access to the SAVA P platform. Access to the platform is by invitation only and at SAVA P's discretion, and SAVA P may decline or defer any request without giving reasons.
3.3By submitting your details you agree that SAVA P may contact you about SAVA P and its services. We handle the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4 No financial advice and no offer
4.1The information on the Website is general information only. Nothing on the Website is financial product advice or investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on the Website takes into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
